If a post posts in a forest ...

If a post posts in a forest and there's no one around to read it, does it still post?

Just wondering if y'all have been swallowed by the sea or snow or maybe The Monster of Mexico like in that Scooby-Doo adventure, which is the best Scooby-Doo movie in my opinion.

Anyway, just checking in to tell you that I'm still struggling with Floozy, but I've got the upper hand and soon she will be winging her way to Amazon and other online retailers. I'm excited about it.

Warmer today, but still too much snow. Hoping that we see lots of melt-off tomorrow.

So how are things going with y'all?

But see, I have been reading it. I just haven't said anything.

It's a case of you keep on doing what you would ordinarily do if someone was watching, because you never know when someone IS watching and you don't know it.

Wait a minute. The Monster of Mexico? I'm not that close to the border, but should I be looking southward? I don't remember the Monster of Mexico.

This week, while hubby is gone, I'm working on dragging myself away from the computer screen and getting things done around the house. It's harder than I thought it would be.

The Monster of Mexico -- which is also the title of that Scooby-Doo adventure -- is the chupacabra.

And according to Mikey, it is the BESTEST Scooby-Doo movie. We must have watched it 50 or 60 times before he moved on to the Justice League. Now he likes The Sandlot.

Oh! THAT Monster of Mexico. We have them all over down here. Apparently, they get into the plumbing.

I'll trust Mikey's judgment on this matter. He is clearly the better informed of the two of us!

Still stalled on chapter 7 - received line edits from Sammie (my main pre-reader) for the convo with the neighbor, so that part's done, but I still have the cops to deal with, and more stuff to fix along the way. Wish I wrote cleaner prose, wish I wasn't so hard on myself, wish my house was clean, and I wish I had more sewing done. Today, it's mostly cleaning and writing. Cleaning first.

I'm here! Not a lot to say that doesn't sound an awful lot like whining, but I have gotten some words in. I think I've figured out my strategy for getting Sadie to marry Ben. I just have to figure out specifically how he's going to court her, besides slowly and carefully. That's really about it. Everything else is day to day junk. This weekend's project besides getting words in is cleaning my bedroom. Oh, and remake the bed in the guest room so I can go sleep in there when Darth Vader fires up the chain saw, or when the hubby and Ryan both decide to share their body heat with me.
