Forgot to say...

I was watching Dr Oz the other day and they were talking about magnesium. I take magnesium every morning but they said its better to get it from food sources so you can get it throughout the day. I started taking another tablet in the afternoon, and it's made a difference in my energy level. I've been getting more done in the afternoon and early evening. It's something we all seem to struggle with so maybe it will make a difference for y'all.
